The work of Jim Tierney

While reviewing Jason Munn’s work on last week’s post, I remembered how much I also love book cover design and how until today, I have not featured any of the many designers and illustrators I admire. I recently discovered the talented Jim Tierney a NY based designer and illustrator featured on the January issue of HOW Magazine. Check out his work after the jump, specially his superb Jules Verne series!

Jim grew up on a farm in SouthEastern Pennsylvania, and studied illustration at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. He now lives in Brooklyn. – JimTierneyArt.com
