Under the clouds

“These images and these sounds were recorded during a travel from “Toulouse” to “Paris”, and from “Paris” to “Martinique”. We see the North and the South of “Martinique”, the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, during the rainy season in July, 2011. This small video was thought before I arrive on the scene. The images were not priority but it’s the sound which guided the shoot and the edition.”

FontShop, one of the biggest font resellers worldwide, recenlty launched a sweet iPad version of their famous FontBook which is not only great looking, but very helpful and effective as well. Check out the demo video after the jump!

Designed as a possible title sequence for a fictitious documentary, this film shows a history of the title sequence in a nutshell. The sequence includes all the names of title designers who had a revolutionary impact on the history and evolution of the title sequence. This film refers to elements such as the cut and shifted characters of Saul Bass’ Psycho title, the colored circles of Maurice Binder’s design for Dr. No and the contemporary designs of Kyle Cooper and Danny Yount.
