If there’s something that I honestly enjoy as much as a well designed and consistent brand, is the vision and dedication to get involved, support, and be part of a community. And this is exactly what the great folks at Stolen Rum are doing. Not only is their product great and beautifully designed (you had me at lettering and type) but it’s also very active. One of their latest projects, Stolen Sofas, took place last week in three different cities around the world, including Miami, and it was not only a brilliant simple idea, but also a great way to introduce Stolen Rum to a new market. I was not able to attend the event, but my awesome Stolen friend Eunique was kind enough to share some photos and video. Thank you again E! and we’re looking forward to many more fun events and projects!
Stolen Rum presents: The STOLEN SOFAS Project
The idea was simple. We invited people in Miami (USA), Sydney (Australia) and Dunedin (New Zealand), to steal 150 of our sofas on the same day. First in first served, with no strings attached.
All 150 sofas were taken in less than 7 minutes.
